Dr. Olsen is a native of Bethesda, Maryland and comes from a family of native Washingtonians. She completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she majored in Psychology, was active in her sorority and received University Honors every year for her academic achievements. She received her DDS degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where she was a member of the Gamma Pi Delta Honor Society and Hispanic Dental Association. During her final year of dental school, she completed a clerkship in oral surgery where she spent half of her weekly clinic sessions performing complex extractions and treating dental emergencies. Dr. Miller is a member of Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, the DC Dental Society, the American Dental Association, Renaissance Study Club, and the Maimonides Dental Society. She also speaks Spanish.

Dr. Olsen is thrilled to be a part of Cohen & Cohen and to be back in her hometown. She loves getting to know all of the patients in the practice, from those who are new to those who have been patients for 60 years. She focuses on creating personalized treatment plans to fit the needs of each individual. Her favorite part of dentistry is being able to dramatically improve a patient's self-confidence by improving their smile.

 

Dr. Olsen lives in Bethesda with her husband Chris and their puppy Leo.  They are expecting their first baby this summer! She loves exploring the area's parks, cooking healthy meals, Peloton-ing, and spending time with her DC friends & family.
